So, you are going on a much needed and much-deserved vacation. It is only natural that you want to look your best while you live your best life for the next few days. And if you’re like me, you want to make sure you have plenty of cute photos for memories. Of course, you can’t pack too many items when you go on vacation. So, now is the time to get real about the essentials.
Beauty Essentials to Pack in your Travel Bag
When it comes to beauty products for women, it is impossible to bring everything you own with you. So, here are 10 beauty essentials to pack in your travel bag!
- Non-Comedogenic Face wash: You do NOT want to be stuck using body wash on your face. It could make your face greasy or oily, but either way, not something you want on your vacation.
- SPF Moisturizer: Most people go to places with warm weather, pools, and sunny spots. Well, all those things can dry your skin out. So make sure you bring both body and face moisturizer.
- Hair Spray: If you can’t pack all your hair essentials, at least grab some hairspray. That way, you can always put it up and spray down the frizz.
- Shampoo and conditioner: Pack your own shampoo and conditioner because the ones you get from the hotel aren’t always the best.
- Waterproof mascara: If you are going to be in the pool or on the beach, you want your eyes to pop without smearing. So, don’t forget to make it waterproof.
- Sunblock: You want to prevent those rays from ruining your fun in the sun. Make sure to bring at least 15 SPF sunblock to protect your skin.
- Aloe Vera: Let’s face it; you may end up with sunburn at some point during your vacation. Instead of the rest of the time being ruined, bring some Aloe Vera lotion.
- Hair Elastics: Ok, if you are like me, one just isn’t going to be enough. And, when you are on vacation it’s bun up. So, make sure you have extra ponytail holders.
- Razor: If you are on vacation, this means you will probably be putting on a swimsuit. Nobody wants to use those cheapy 2 blade razors from the hotel. Make sure you have your razor packed before you go!
- Lip Balm: Days soaking up the sun and swimming in the salt water can take their toll on your lips. Make sure to bring a good chapstick, lipstick, or gloss to keep those lips moisturized.
