I get it, girl. This is totally my life. I don’t know what it is about the holidays that make us feel that we have to do #allthethings. It should be the exact opposite, right?
I’ve got you covered. Fret not! Not only will this Bacon, Cheddar, Ranch Cheese Ball recipe take almost no time to make, but it’ll be so good that people will be like, “Puhleeeeease! Ingredients
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (1 oz) package ranch seasoning/salad dressing mix
Directions
In a small bowl, combine half of the bacon crumbles, pecans, and 2 tablespoons green onion. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Using an electric mixer with paddle attachment, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, remaining bacon and green onion on medium-high until well combined and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
Cover mixing bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and roll it in the bacon-pecan mixture that you side aside in the small bowl.
Serve with crackers. Super easy, right? Go forth and be great with your bad self!
