“Let kids be kids” is such a simple quote that I strongly believe in. We have such a short time as carefree little beings and an abundance of years to spend as responsible adults. In this day in age I think we often lose sight of that. Our kids are overexposed to technology and overbooked for brilliance. It’s so easy to get caught up in that parental fear of missing out, but it’s perfectly okay to just be… and let our children enjoy the simple things.
Jax exemplifies the essence of childhood. Curious and free. He’s got an individual style that he takes very seriously. He’s all about his shoes and accessories. Luckily, he’s inherited big brother’s entire collection of footwear. On any given day, the juicy one can be found sporting one of three of his favorite fedoras (y’all, he actually sleeps in them) or his latest headphones, a funky pair of shoes or slippers.
Today, I needed to get a little gardening done. Although it was raining out, I decided to proceed anyway. After all, it was a nice, warm day. Jax joined me outside in his little rainboots and wait for it… headphones. Because it’s totally normal to stomp around outside… in the rain… wearing unplugged headphones. Juicy Jax don’t care.
Together, we planted bulbs and some varieties from the root. I sure hope they flourish because I honestly had no idea what I was doing. Plant and go? Okie dokie! This was a project that took little effort and allowed for Juicy to get in some old school sensory play and small mess making.
Messes are an essential part of childhood. With all Free Clear laundry detergent, I don’t have to worry about stains on little outfits or irritants while laundering. Thanks to the power and convenience of all Mighty Pacs, my kid can continue to be a carefree kid, aka #JuicyJax.

Kids definitely need to opportunity to just be kids. My kids are pretty carefree for the most part and love that. You only get to be child once and I don't want them growing too fast.
