Summer break is almost here and we’ve started a list of things we’d love to experience this summer. One of them includes camping. How does a family who owns three tents not go camping? *Kanye Shrug* Whether it’s at a campsite or in our shared backyard, we are going to cross camping off on our summer fun list. We have no excuse now that we have a tent that sets up in 30 seconds! Yes, that’s right, thirty seconds!
We had the opportunity to demo the Ozark Trail 4 Person Instant Dome Tent and it’s pretty awesome. It’s super easy to set up and requires no assembly because the poles are pre-attached to the tent. Just take it out of its carrying bag, unfold and extend. The Ozark Trail Instant Dome Tent is 9×7, so it can fit a queen-sized airbed or up to four campers in sleeping bags on the floor. I purchased a Coleman queen airbed for us to sleep on, but I like Lynnae’s suggestion of purchasing two twin mattresses for better maneuvering around the tent.
The Instant Dome Tent has some pretty neat features besides its easy peasy setup. It has two windows and an adjustable ground vent to keep the tent cool and comfortable. It also has a small opening in the back for electrical cord access and an overhead storage loft for flashlights and other essentials.
Jayden and I quickly set up our new tent before an approaching storm. I paid him in marshpillows. You may notice what appears to be dangling bungee cords. Those are the stakes that we didn’t stake for obvious reasons. Collapsing the Ozark Trail Instant Dome Tent was a cinch. Getting it back into the carrying case took more of an effort though. I may have had to sit on it to zip it back up. Next time, I’ll roll the tent a little tighter to avoid that mini struggle.
The Ozark Trail 4 Person Instant Dome Tent is an excellent choice for families and novice campers. It removes much of the hassle from pitching a tent so you can spend more time enjoying the great outdoors. The Ozark Trail 4 Person Instant Dome Tent can be found at Walmart, currently on Rollback from $79.97 to $59.97.

Oh this is great! We just went on our first camping trip and had a 2 person tent. It was fine, but this one looks very spacious and easy to set up! Thanks for sharing.
