Bacon, Cheddar, Ranch Cheese Ball
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup chopped green onion
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (1 oz) package ranch seasoning/salad dressing mix
  1. In a small bowl, combine half of the bacon crumbles, pecans, and 2 tablespoons green onion. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Using an electric mixer with paddle attachment, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, remaining bacon and green onion on medium-high until well combined and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Cover mixing bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and roll it in the bacon-pecan mixture that you side aside in the small bowl.
  4. Serve with crackers.
