Kid-Friendly Caprese Pasta Salad
  • 2 cups dried pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 12 oz grape tomatoes, halved
  • 12 oz fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • ¼ cup basil pesto
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, shredded
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Run pasta under cold water, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, gently fold and toss all of the ingredients together until everything is evenly distributed. Garnish with additional basil leaves for presentation. Serve chilled.
