“Energy does what it does. We either harvest it, grow in it, or it enlightens us.” – A sisterfriend’s wise words when I mentioned how depleted I was the day one of my sunflowers decided to bloom.

This retrograde is suddenly kicking my butt, leaving me depleted and raw. I feel so incredibly deficient which means I need intensive self-care. I fought the force that kept me down, finished cleaning, and got my behind in a hot bath of epsom and flowers. Summer will soon be a distant memory. I can’t be over here sulking during prime time. It’s leaving whether I like it or not. Best to enjoy it, reflect, and prepare for a new season. The harvest…
