Although I don’t drink it often, I LOVE coffee. I don’t rely on it as a major source of energy since decaf gives me the shakes. I do enjoy small portions as an indulgent treat and I’ve been indulging more often ever since I receive a big ol’ bag of coffee beans from Landmark Coffee.
Landmark Coffee is a family-run gourmet coffee company with over 50 years experience. Their mission is to sell the highest quality coffees at the lowest possible prices. The coffees they select are from the world’s finest Arabica beans, and each order is small batch roasted. Landmark is available at Walmart in 2lb bags for $14.78.
I ground my Landmark Coffee Beans up in my WonderMill Electric… which I DON’T recommend. I’m still trying to dig myself out of the mess as I’ve seemed to have clogged it up. Oy Vey. The consistency of the grounds was VERY fine on the course setting (results vary depending on your grinder), almost like a powder, but brewed wonderfully in my Ecobrew K Cup nonetheless. The smell of bold French Roast permeated throughout our entire house as I played coffee house for a day. With my Landmark Coffee brew, I made THE BEST Iced Coffee (or Frap?) ever. OMG. I’ve been drinking this stuff up and since the coffee is diluted in milk and cream, I can have more of it without getting the jitters. Love it! The recipe is below. You have got to try it!
- 3 cups fresh brewed coffee
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- To taste:
- Whipped cream
- Cinnamon
- In a carafe or similar, add coffee, sugar and vanilla and stir until dissolved. Add cream and milk. Stir until blended. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Top single servings with whipped cream and cinnamon. Ice is optional.
This is seriously some tasty coffee. I’m telling you, you’ll be trying to lick the bottom of your mug!
Only me?
Hahaha!

Presentation is everything and now I'm needof some iced coffee. But do you think you can send some one over to make it just like yours. I want it to be just as scrumptious. We are huge coffee drinkers so I'm always on the hunt for good coffee without a bite.
