Mijo Style: The Buffalo Plaid Vest

IMG_2805

Buffalo plaid is all the rave this holiday season. It’s on everything from socks to gift baskets, totes, nail designs… you name it, there’s probably a buffalo plaid version. I’ll admit that I’m mildly obsessed with this style trend and have gradually been building our collection. I was browsing Walmart.com and felt like I struck the buffalo plaid version of gold when discovering Buffalo Plaid Vests by Climate Concepts for the boys. These vests are incredibly cute and at $7, I can afford to buy them in multiple colors.

For now, the boys have them in red and they love them. They are great quality vests and, in my opinion, worth more than what they retail for ($13.97). The vests have been perfect during this unusually mild weather we’re having in the Midwest. I’m not complaining one bit, but there’s got to be some sort of a catch, right? Like a nasty blizzard in March.

When the vests arrived, the Juicy one couldn’t wait to put his vest on. When Jayden came home from school, Juicy couldn’t wait to show him that Mommy got him a vest too. “Look, Jaydenin, wear your jacket!”

The Climate Concepts Buffalo Plaid Vests are a hit with my silly boys. If you’re looking for last-minute gifts for little ones, these are IT. Stock up on them while they’re on clearance! Also find them in royal and green for boys and fuchsia and purple for the girlies.

Are you a fan of Buffalo Plaid? What trends are your kiddos wearing this holiday season?
