Since I am terrified of the dentist and refuse to make an appointment (but terrified of losing my teeth), I made a commitment to spend more time focusing on my oral health. I recently bought the little mirror, plaque picks/scrapers and everything. Eventually, I am going to need to have some work done though, but until I become courageous enough to schedule an appointment, I’m going to do my own thing, lol.

I was ecstatic to say the least because I had been using a lil’ dinky soft bristled toothbrush that wasn’t quite getting the job done. I have the hardest time brushing my top wisdom teeth. i'll have to look into this one! i just went to the dentist recently...it's never fun. i have to warn you about those wisdom teeth though. apparently dentists these days aren't too fond of patients keeping them whether they're causing you issues or not. i had all four of mine pulled a couple years ago.

Wow, I thought it was the other way around. It makes sense though. They can potentially cause so many problems. If they start to rot, it can spread to the other teeth if not caught in time. Looks like I'll be having all of mine out. I only have 3. One of my bottom's never grew in.
