4K Photography: Park Hop Motion Stop

I participated in an Ambassador Program on behalf of Influence Central for . I received product samples as well as a promotional item to thank me for my participation.

Now that baby’s here, we’re back on the move. I’m finally able to move freely without doing the struggle waddle, so we are trying to squeeze in the rest of our summer fun days. With fall on the horizon, we’re trying to enjoy the great outdoors while we can.

Today, we did some park hopping to help the boys burn off some energy. We live in the vicinity of several parks so we scoped out a few and chose the parks that were the most peaceful. Because… introverted parenting. We stopped by Foundation Meadows and observed the Service Memorial. In the field nearby, the boys (big one included) threw the frisbee and football around.

We stopped by Rogers-Lakewood where we had the playground a beach area all to ourselves.

I brought my along with to capture the boys at play. In addition to capturing stills, I wanted to create a stop-motion video which I achieved by using the Lumix G7’s 4K Ultra HD Video technology. Instead of trying to frame and take the perfect shot, I used the 4K feature to continuously shoot at 30 frames-per-second. I was able to select my favorite stills from those frames to share and print and now, I have a pretty snazzy video memento left over.

On our way home, I connected to the G7 via the Panasonic Image app to save my favorite shots to my phone and instantly share with family and Instagram.

I must admit that I’ve become pretty spoiled by the Panasonic Lumix G7. It’s making my life as a mama and blogger so much easier. #mompreneurlife
