Just wanted to say how cute the photo is – and thank you for leaving the comments open. I didn’t have time to enter but that photo absolutely made me smile.
My husband’s mother would let her kids open one present on Christmas Eve. Tom was the oldest and did not at all find it charming that no matter what shape the package was he got to open … it was always a new pair of pj’s. I’m thinking she was like you … putting her kids in new jammies to set the stage for opening gifts in the morning.
