The Winter Olympics are here and I’ll admit that I am more excited about crafting for the theme than the actual event. Since Jayden is at an impressionable age, I figured we’d celebrate the upcoming games with some fun crafts. This week, we made an Olympic ring display, laurel leaf crown, and a gold medal using materials we had on hand. It’s always exciting when I don’t have to make a run to the store… especially in this weather. Each and every craft and recipe I pull off without shopping leaves me feeling like a boss. 😉 If your craft supplies are in need of replenishing, you can find everything at Walmart.
Olympic Rings

Washable paint (blue, yellow, black, green, red)
Scissors
Scotch tape

Cut out the centers of each plate. Paint each individual plate ring one of the five solid colors and let dry. We did it backwards. Link rings together and tape each ring closed.

Oh what fun! I adore Jayden's many faces. For real, he needs an agent stat!
